"Disenchanted"

My first show draping for designer Indigo Leigh, a spoof on famous cartoon Princesses. She conceptualized each character as a Commedia Dell'Arte archetype, merging inspiration from the traditional costumes of Arlequino, Pantalone, Il Capitano, etc with the recognizable visual branding of each Princess.

This was my first time building based on designer's rendering, and I helped refine each design based on my construction and patternmaking knowledge in the tight timeline we had-- in the end, we build 11 looks in 14 days! (One of which was an on-stage reveal.)
